Our Journey to Success

Hi, we are Landon Stewart and Chris Stapleton. Our journey began in January 2019 when we launched our first coaching program. While coaching came naturally to us, mastering client acquisition was a significant challenge.

Initially, we struggled to generate high-quality, targeted leads consistently. Converting those leads into high-paying clients felt like an uphill battle. We spent much of 2019 experimenting with various marketing strategies, including:

• Facebook? Ads
• Cold Outreach

Despite our efforts, we experienced only moderate success, which was not sustainable. By December 2019, we found ourselves overwhelmed, working over 60 hours a week, and feeling exhausted. Our business journey became a rollercoaster of fluctuating revenue and emotional highs and lows.

The Turning Point

At the end of 2019, we faced a crucial decision: Would we commit fully to our coaching business or explore other options? Our passion for coaching led us to double down on our efforts.

That?s when we experienced an ?Aha Moment? that changed everything. During our year-end review, we discovered a startling statistic: while we focused 80% of our time on webinar funnels and cold outreach, our Facebook? group generated over 80% of our new clients. This revelation prompted us to pivot our strategy.

Going All-In on Groups

As we entered 2020, we decided to invest all our efforts into building groups. Armed with the insights gained from our previous year, we launched a brand new group called Clients & Community in January 2020. This pivotal decision marked the beginning of a new chapter in our coaching journey.
